We meet again!
I finally got a chance to meet Courtney face to face again after 18 months of working together on our book. I have to admit, I was a little nervous. Knowing someone via the internet, is often a completely different experience than actual real life. In this case, she was exactly what I hoped; avidly passionate about poetry, the book, her family, her life, and even our incredible challenge. So we spent a full day working on our project. 365 days of her poetry and my art. Yes this is going to be eclectic! The book is really a bite of our lives as seen through artist sensibilities. It's personal and universal at the same time.
